From the first blossom to the ripening of the grape clusters, my heart delighted in her; I walked in straight paths; I chased her down from my youth.
I will praise thy name continually, and will praise it with thanksgiving, and my prayer was heard.
From my blossoming youth to my ripe old age she has been my delight. I have followed directly in her path ever since I was young.
As the blossoms yielded to ripening grapes, the heart’s joy, My feet kept to the level path because from earliest youth I was familiar with her.
From the first blossoming to the ripening of her grape, she has been my heart’s delight. My foot has continued unswervingly on a level path; I have sought her since my youth.
From the first blossom to the ripening grape my heart delighted in her; my foot walked on the straight path; from my youth I followed her steps.
